What We Believe
  • We believe in the infallibility of the Word of God.
  • We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God.
  • We believe the gospel of His death, resurrection, and directive to repent, be baptised, and receive the Holy Spirit.
  • We believe we are baptised into the body of Christ (the Church) through the Holy Spirit, with the Bible evidence of speaking in tongues
  • We believe in the miraculous gifts of the Holy Spirit in the Church.
  • We believe in prayer for the sick and healing by the power of God.
Salvation

On the day the church began, Peter the Apostle preached to a large crowd about Jesus' death and resurrection. They asked him "What must we do?". Peter's reply (in Acts 2:38) was simple and direct:

Repent
Think again - decide to do what God said

Be baptised

Be fully immersed in water as a symbol of your old life being dead and buried

Receive the Holy Spirit
God will answer you directly and definitely. You will speak in tongues just as the disciples of Jesus did. This free gift is available to all who ask.

Sunday Meetings

We meet each Sunday at 3:00pm and 6:15pm. Corner Helms St & Bellarine Hwy Newcomb.

Abundant Life

Abundant LifeJohn 10:10 - The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

Have you heard how you can receive the Holy Spirit? Do you know that when Jesus's disciples received the Holy Spirit they spoke in other tongues, a God given language? It's recorded in Acts 2 of the Bible.

To find out more come along to a meeting, or read on to find out how God is alive and performing the same miracles in the lives of people today.

Testimonies

Every Spirit-filled believer has a story to tell about how God has changed their life. When Jesus was on the earth, He performed many miracles, healing the blind, lame and destitute and changing people's lives forever.

We are told in the Bible that Jesus is "the same yesterday, today and forever" (Hebrews 13:8), so we can expect these miracles today. In 1 Thessalonians 5: 18 we are instructed to give thanks to God "for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you."
