A fun and safe environment to learn all about God
Bellarine Kids Overview
Bellarine Kids is about helping all children know and love Jesus. We do this by providing an environment on Sundays where the Word of God is taught and Jesus is worshiped by even the youngest in a fun environment. Please come and find us in the Sunday School building attached to the main hall where a friendly member will direct you to the appropriate class for your child’s age. BRCC is a child safe organisation. Please refer to our child safety statement and policy - see link below.
Kid Groups
Junior
Kindergarten and Prep. This is about having fun - every week the children are led in fun activities focussed around bible stories.
Intermediate
Middle Primary. Children are led in bible stories and concepts focussed around building relationships, christian values and understanding God’s love.
Senior & Bible Class
Pre high school children. This is an opportunity for the children to look into the word of God and understand God’s plan for every person, establish strong relationships, and learn to look to God themselves.
Have a Question?
Can my child attend if this is my first time to Church?
Yes, we would love you and all your family to attend on Sunday. We will ensure your child has a great time whilst you are in the main service. Bellarine Kids is run to the school terms, with breaks during the school holidays.
Can I bring my nephew, niece or grandchild?
Yes, of course. However, we do require an adult guardian to accompany any children in their care to the Sunday School area and then remain on the premises.
What type of activities are conducted?
Activities vary and are age appropriate. We always ensure activities are safe, fun and inclusive.
Do they need to wear something special?
Nope - as long as the children are comfortable we are comfortable. Spiderman outfits are fine!
If this is my first time, what do I need to do?
Bring your child to the building attached to the main hall, ask to see the Bellarine Kids co-ordinator or a teacher and they will direct you to the right area for your child. Please ensure you let us know of any dietary or medical requirements.
Can I drop my child off and go?
We require a parent or guardian to remain in the main church building whilst the child is attending Bellarine Kids.
